To trigger an OBD call from Voice account, follow the steps below:
- Click on ‘Outbound Calls’ from the sidebar of the Voice account. 

- Enter the mobile numbers to trigger the outbound call. 
- Enter the campaign name 
- Enter the message. You can choose a sound file 
- If you have created a group, you can choose the group name too. 
- You can check if you are triggering the call to DND No. from the field ‘Check DND No’ (shown in the image below)
